I recently stayed at a hotel in a central location in Spain and had a wonderful experience. The hotel offered great value for money, with affordable prices for a spacious room with a beautiful view to the ceilings of the city. The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I was impressed by the attention to detail in the rooms, with towels decorated in the shape of swans, adding a lovely touch. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located in a safe area, close to nice cafes and attractions, making it the perfect spot for exploring the city.

All was perfectly fine during my stay at this hotel.

Small but very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Brekfast delivered on a tray to your room!

Cosy atmosphere, the friendly personnel and affinity from the centre and the underground was pleasant.

There are problems with late arrival in hotel. The entrance door is closed, and the on-door speakerphone did not work. If not the help of the personnel from the next apartments we could not be occupied at night. Kind from windows not so attractive.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all major attractions.

The breakfast experience could be improved by offering more variety and options.

the politness and the sympathy of the receptionists. the cleanliness and the homey aspect of the rooms. free wifi and cable tv. very close to pretty much everything and within walking distance to most attractions. and if not, very close to the "Noviciado" underground station(50m away).

the only negative aspect was really the fact that the shared rooms had the bathroom right smack in front of the reception which can be a bit of a pain to go there. also, the elevator noise can be a problem for light sleepers.

The staff was incredible, and aided me when my wallet was stolen in the Metro. The room was very clean, and was tidied each day while I was out. The space itself was comfortable, with air conditioning and television in the room and a spacious shared bathroom, as well as a number of small bonuses, including magazines, DVDs, and small sweets! Incredible for the price.

I had a fantastic stay at Flat5Madrid! The location couldn't have been better, with the Noviciado metro station just a stone's throw away. The shared spaces were perfect for getting some work done, and I loved the convenience of having a vending machine nearby. The apartment wasnice and neat, and I appreciated the storage room for my luggage when I arrived early. The breakfast, although simple, was a nice touch, and the staff at the coffee shop next door were friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent amenities.

Flat5Madrid exceeded my expectations in multiple ways. the location is superb, with easy access to the metro and major attractions just a short walk away. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with beautiful views of the terracotta roofs and towels creatively arranged in the shape of swans. Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

No complaints, everything was satisfactory.

Very confortable bed, nice bathroom, very quiet atmosphere, nice decorative style.

Maybe, the room was a little small, but this is something irrelevant.

Noise !! Forget about rooms 501, 502 & 503. You're almost sleeping in the lift. No way to rest. It's a very nice place but it's a pity it's so noisy. I won't come back.

The hotel was located in a bustling area with easy access to public transport and a variety of shops and restaurants. The room had nice decor and was equipped with modern amenities. The staff was courteous and helpful with all our queries.

Our Christmas stay was spoiled by the constant noise from the surrounding streets, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. , the walls were quite thin, and we could hear the conversations and noise from other guests in adjacent rooms, which was quite disturbing.

The localization is just perfect. The room was comfortable, with very nice decoration. Very cordial welcome. We enjoyed having the possibly to leave the luggage for a while before going to the airport.

The staff was welcoming and helpfull. The position of the hostal was very good (it's in the center of city!) and the furnishment was very nice. It was also clean, totally recommended!

The shared bathroom was in front of the reception, so it could be a little imbarassing running in front of one of the girl working just after a shower or worse...

Great value for money - I got a nice bed and good wifi. The area is convenient, with stores nearby and the subway station right outside. the staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing not too like.

The staff here speak really good english and are super friendly and helpful! Room was cleaned daily and bathroom was always clean. Great location 10 mins walk from the centre. breakfast in bed!!!

Room was a little small, but still comfortable. TV didn't work properly it would continuously go blurry/cut out or just not work at all. Wifi reception also cut out sometimes, and didnt work at all during one of the nights that we stayed there, but there are plenty of internet cafes closeby.
